| In our progressive community, we enjoy a collaboration of
social, governmental, business and workforce leadership. In
our rapidly changing environment, leadership has been crucial
to our success. The leaders within our Wabash Valley Community
have faced modern day reality and looked outward for better
understanding of the forces that shape a global as well as local
economy. We have seen the vision of the future and structured
our community and industrial action to take advantage of every
opportunity. The realization that risk taking is the only way
to achieve true community growth has empowered its citizens
to become involved in a unified vision. Plans for the future
in areas of environment, industry, community improvement, and
the family structure are, and will continue to be, dynamic.
Our leaders track progress on these and other initiatives to
ensure that periodic course adjustments are made that will maintain
our progressive posture. Collecting and analyzing information
allows for continual improvement of the community. Leadership
is not a position or a title; it’s a way of life for those
who choose to be among the best. |
