Outcome-Focused Community Impact Plans

For each of the priorities identified by the Community Partnership, an Initiative Team was created to further develop outcomes, identify tasks to achieve those outcomes, secure the necessary resources and implement a timeline for completion.

The following are reports from each of the Initiative Teams on what they accomplished in 2003, and what initiatives are now underway.
