Community Impact Plan: Literacy

The Literacy Initiative Team set three Intended Outcomes for its Action Plan, based not only on COMPASS II data but also on poverty income guidelines and the educational needs of children, as defined by the State of Indiana.

Intended Outcome 1:
Workers below 200% of the poverty guideline will attend education courses with an emphasis on skills directly related to job success.
