MISSION:  To provide school-aged children with spiritual, educational, cultural, and recreational activities so that they might experience God’s love in Christian community, gain a sense of self-worth as children of God, and learn to live by Kingdom values.  We strive to achieve these goals by tools such as nightly chapel, tutoring, a computer library, adult and children’s library, a clothes closet, daily meals through the Grumbling Tummies Café and many other areas of outreach and programming.

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS:  Our volunteer staff requires a wide range of volunteers.  Youth through seniors who share the mission and vision of the program are needed to work with the children.   Detailed screening and criminal histories are obtained on all volunteers to protect the safety of the children. Volunteers to assist with music lessons, scouting, crafts, computers Bible studies, field trips, and recreation are especially sought.

WISH LIST:  Volunteers who will regularly commit to a weekly or monthly day to share with our children are needed.  Stability, dependability, a love for children and an eagerness to make a difference in the life of a child are paramount for our volunteers.  Financial support is sought for the program and is vital as we are a non-profit agency and families pay nothing for our services for their children and youth.
