MISSION:  To eliminate domestic violence through societal change and the empowerment of abused individuals and their children.

REQUEST FOR VOLUNTEERS:  Volunteers to assist in provision of crisis lines services, shelter and court advocacy, children’s programming, transitional housing, and community outreach and education.   Training is provided by CODA 3 timers per year.  Volunteers are needed year round.

WISH LIST:  New pajamas, bath towels, toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper goods, trash bags, cleaning supplies, plastic wrap/aluminum foil, baby wipes, diaper bags, brushes, hair bows, etc.  For transitional housing:  pots and pans, kitchen utensils, can and bottle openers, bowls, cake pans, trash cans, disposable cups, plastic silverware, paper plates and napkins, new towels, dishrags, washcloths, sheets pillowcases, pillows (all sizes), gift certificates, scented candles, bath products and other gifts, plastic storage containers, office supplies, aspirin, antacids and other commonly used over the counter medications. Christmas gifts for women and children.  Any food is fine but most needed:   cake mixes and icing, macaroni and cheese, condiments, chips, boxed meals.  Bras (new, size A, B, and C) women’s underwear.
